DUNEDIN INQUESTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The inquest on the body of a prisoner named Cowan, who died in hospital on Sunday, was concluded to-day. A verdict of death from heart failure, following bronchial asthma and accelerated 'by chronic alcoholism, was returned. The coroner added that everything possible had been done for deceased by Dr. Evans and the police. An inquest on the body of William Hey, who was killed near Hampden on August 24, as the result of the capsize of a motor car, concluded to-day. A verdict was returned that death was due to the capsize of the car, 'there being no evidence to sljow how the accident occurred.
