PROFITEER MURDERER'S D.Oi'KXCE. By Telesrapb.—Press Asan.—Copyright. London, Sept. 22. The Tokyo correspondent of the Daily Express reports an extraordinary murder case. Yamada, an official of the food department, clubbed to death a rich rice importer. The murderer pleads high moral grounds. He slew his victim because the latter's wickedness was such that he was unfitted to jlive. The dead man was a profiteer and inciter of food riots, and Yamada's | counsel pleads the unwritten law. It I appears that the victim brought £SOOO to Yamada hoping to obtain a coccesIfMJI. NIL"' '*'".■ s^-
