According to State Department advices General Koltchak ia advancing on the whole of the Siberian front. A 1 large anti-Bolshevik uprising in European Russia, from Tambov to Kozlov, is reported to be about to unite with General Deniken's forces. —Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. DENIKEN'S ADVANCE, ON-THE WHOLE FRONT, Received Sept. 24, 12.20 a.m. London, Sept. 22. The War Office announces that General Deniken's successes continue. In addition to the capture of Kursk, which is an important junction of the KharkovMoscow railway, the vounteers are progressing on the whole front between Kiev and the Black Sea. Cable Assn. PEACE PROPOSED WITH UKRAINIANS. Received Sept. 23, 11.15 p.m. Moscow, Sept. 22. A Bolshevik delegation proposed peace with the Ukrainians on the basis of the independence of Ukraine, and conditional on the latter's neutrality in the struggle | against General Deniken and Admiral Koltchak. The delegation .declared that the Moscow Government had decided to conclude peace with all National Governments in order to crush the counter revolution.—Reuter.
