• INFLAMED MINERS, CLASH WITH THE POLICE. By tdtcnijh.—Tim Assn.—Copyrlfht. Received Sept. 24, 12.20 a.m. Vienna, Sept. 22. There were Berious disturbances in the district of Totis, Hungary, where a number of inflamed miners proclaimed a proletariat dictatorship, disarmed the police, hoisted the red flag, wrecked houses, and maltreated civil officials. * Later in the day 500 gendarmes arrived, and overcame the mutineers after three honn' furious flghting. Seven were killed and 26 wounded. The incident is ' regarded as a sign of the growing despair of the workers.—Eeuter.
