REMOVAL OP RESTRICTIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Sept. 20. Goods service restrictions are being eased next week with a view to clearing all the accumulated goods traffic before the ordinary passenger services are installed." Mr. Massey pointed out that three express trains would commence running on all the main lines on Monday, but on Monday week it was hoped to resume the normal traffic in all branches.
