FALSE DECLARATION. By Telegraph.—Presa Association. Dunedin, Sept. 15. In the Police Gourt, Dunedin, Albert Bernard Anderson was charged with making a false declaration ol birth and a false declaration of death, it was stated that accused married in lflfls Blnche Ivy Hunt? but separated from her in 1910, and had not seen his wife since 1012. He lived with Charlotte Delaney until she died in 1918, and he registered her death as that of Blanche Ivy Anderson, as he did not wish the fact that deceased was not his wife to be known. Two children were born during the time he and Delaney lived together, and each had been registered under the name of Anderson so that their illegitimacy might be concealed. Accused pleaded guilty, and was committed for sentence.
