A WINDOW-SMASHER FINED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. As an outcome of the disorder at Parliament Buildings yesterday, a returned soldier, Frederick Harry Williams, was charged in the Magistrate's Court with having broken a window in the front of the buildings, and fined £5 and ordered to pay £2, the value of the window.
