&PARTAOISTS' CAUSING TROUBLE. * By Telegraph.—Press Mm.— Copyright. Berlin, Sept. 9. Riots have broken out in Breslau. The Sparticist* are making a fresh attempt to stampede the workers. They are instigating mobs to loot shops-and defy the police. Troops were called, out and fired several volleys and used machine-guns, killing and wounding an indefinite number of people. Communist leaflets declare that this is only the rite of the curtain.—Times.
