BOLSHEVIKS TO ASK FOR PEACE. By Telepapn.—Frets Assn.—Copyright. Zurich, Sept. 10. . According to the Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, the Workers' and Soldiers' Council in Petrograd authorised the commissaries to negotiate for peace with the Entente.
London, Sept. 10. Fifty Bolsheviks have arrived at Leith, as a guarantee for the Bafety of the British prisoners. Helsingfors, Sept. 10. British aviators bombed Kronstadt on the Bth and caused many fires. The damaged remnants of the Bolshevik forces fled. FURTHER BOLSHEVIK OUTRAGES. Helaingorg, Sept. G. Refugees report that the Bolsheviks, on the first day of re-occupation, murdered 2000 of the inhabitants of the Ekaterinburg. The Red Guards committed widespread sacking and destruction. Magyar and Chinese detachments were particularly brutal—Reuter.
TROOPS SENT TO SOUTH FRONT. Received Sept. 11, 8.40 p.m. Helsingfors, Sept. 10. The Nowaja Rnsev states that the military authorities in Petrograd have received orders from Moscow to send all troops, including those untrained, to the south front.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
