DANNEVIRKE MEETING. By Telegraph.—Press Association. _ Dannerirke, Lost Nlfrht. The Dannevtrko Racing and Hant Club's combined spring meeting was held to-day In cold weather. The course was in good order, but the attendance small. The totnllsator handled £16,598, compared with £23,811 for the one day meeting last year. Results:— ASHCOTT HUNTERS' HURDLES.—3 Tornear (R, Hunt) 1, 4 Captnin Black 2, 2 Slumlr 3 Also started: 5 Hliturangl, 1 Slgnjslan, 6 Martinella. Only the placed horses finished. The recently-formed Taranakl Trotting Club has decided to hold Its first race meeting on on Saturday, February 7, 1920. As the Taranakl Jockey Club's autumn meeting will he held In the same week the Trotting Club should have a very successful gathering.
