Utmty, states that the association will consider the question of a further conference at the meeting to be held' tomorrow, 'He adds: "It is apparent that thi 'go ilMp policy adopted by the cpftl miners in the Dominion is the result of representations made by the representatives of the Miners' Federation. The effect of the 'go slow' policy is to cause a reduction in the coal output of at least 7000 tone a week."

Mr. Pryor concludes: '1 have also to direct your attention to the. ft that these miners who are deliberately restricting the output are committing breaches of the strike clauses of the Act, and it is suggested that immediate proceedings should be taken agaiust t%eio for so doing."
