Various American relief organisations have combined to offer additional relief to the devastated areas in France. The promoters have already collected thirty million dollars, which it is hoped to raise to a hundred millions.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. THE INTERNATIONAL LABOR CONFERENCE. Paris, Sept. 4. The Supreme Council, at the instance of the Confederation of Labor, agreed that Germany and Austria be invited to the International Labor Conference at Washington.
