Wellington, Last Night A meeting of the executive of the Trentham Art Union was held to-aight to discuss proposals for the establishment of Trentham scholarships and the application thereof. Mr. S. Kirkealdie, who presided, said the executive would be able to hand over to the trustees about £36,000, which, on a 20 yean' bails at 4} per cent., would yield £B6OO a year. A scheme suggested by Or.
