RATIFICATION BY CANADA. i Ottawa, Sept. 1. The Governor-General, at the opening of a special session of Parliament, said it had been called for the purpose of ratifying the peace treaty, and providing the necessary funds in connection therewith.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
