A Bolshevik wireless message reports that negotiations* with General Denikin and Petlura resulted in an! agreement tinder which the Ukraine temporarily abandons political independence, but preserves its position as a State. The All Russian Constituent Assembly will settle the final form of government. Copenhagen reports Lettish and Lithuanian troops expelled the Bolsheviks from Alexandrovsk and the sur : rounding area, capturing many guns and prisoners. An official report states that the British casualties were slight in the Yomza fighting. The Bolsheviks renewed the attack on Yomza on Saturday. The village changed hands several times. The British did not participate.
