ROUMANIAN HIGH-HANDEDNESS. CONTINUES DESPITE POWERS' PROTESTS. By Teleßraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Aug. 30, 2.40 p.m. London, Aug. 28. Budapest advices state that in defiance of the warning)* from Paris the Roumanians continue their requisitions. They have now notified the Hungarian Ministry of their intention to search the Hungarian archives. They have placed guards at all museums and art galleries, which are being searched for treasures. Tnc Roumanians seized much railway material, paralysing the traffic, while the telegraph and telephone equipment, machinery in factories, and, entire stock of Government stud farms have been taken over.—Reuter.
