James White 'Hardinge, £2 17s and coats 15a; Spudding and Stainton, Ltd. (Mr. A. H. Johnstone), v. 11. Coulter, £3 15s M and costs 10s ; Hidsdale :\"i Coutts (Mr. A. H. Johnstone) v. Thomas Edward Lister, £0 13s 8d and costs £1 3s (id; Taurua and Teramotu ('Mr. T. P. Anderson) v. Mani Onekura, £ls and coats Gl 17s 6d ; S. B. White and Sons (Mr. A. A. Bennett) v. Philip Henry "Beere, C 3 13s Cd and costs 10s.
The debtors in judgment summons cases were dealt with as follows: Mani Onekura (at suit of Weston and Billing) ordered to pay £7B 0s Id on or before September,2, in default one month's imprisonment: Arthur Wall (at suit of Mrs. F. Smith) ordered to pay £4 13a on or before September 2, in default seven days' imprisonment.
