AMERICAN RACES. By Telegraph Received Aug. 21, 12 20 am. London, Aug. 1(1. Miss Diirack took second place in the 250 yard swim, starting Irom scratch. Miss Lord, the winner, received 'IS seconds handicap. Miss Wylie took llilrd in the 12r, yards swim, starting from scratch. Misses Eleanor and B.uth Smith, who lied for first place, received three seconds handicap.
