Admiral Truebridge's Danube commission has reopened navigation from Raliabon to the Black Sea, and now controls the Danube shipping. ft forced Hie Roumanians to keep their hands off. Traffic is again normal, and bound to promote better relations between the various countries bordering the river Reuter.
