Sydney, Aug. 13.* Speaking at Lisniore, Mr. l|olman outlined the Government's policy, which includes the introduction of the Whitley councils- system, and the principle of co-partnership in large concerns is to be established. In regard to the liquor question the Government will take, a referendum on prohibition with compensation, the result to be determined by a bare majority. Unemployment insurance will he available to invry workman, and preference will he ?n-en in all employment to returned soldiers. The Government is determined to stop profiteering and will not allow the n;rowth of monopolies in any direction. Mr. TTolman stated that it. would he the definite policy of the Government to give preference to locally-me.de articles.
