MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
CIVIL BUSINESS. (Before Mr W. R. McKean, S.M.) Judgment was given for plaintiff by default in the following undefended cases:—C. H. Weston (Mr J. Bull) v. A. J. Hoakin, £7 17s 6d (costs £1 lis 6d); Spedding and Stainton, Ltd. (Mr A. C. laurey) v. W. Angland and Co., £lB 5s (costs £1 10s 6d); A J. Smith (Mr Laureyl v. John Woollett, £25 (costs £2 14s).
. Orders were made in judgment summons cases as follow: Laurence Oldham to pay to A. C. H. Collins (Mr D. Hutchen) the sum of £7 4s 6d 011 or before August 26, in default seven days' imprisonment; and Frank Reid to pay A. C. H./Collins (Mr Hutehen) the sum of £4 13s on or before Aug«st 26, in default 7 days' imprisonment.
