THE SIBERIAN TROOPS. By Telegraph.—Frees Assn.—Copyright. Tokio, Aug. 11. There is a growing feeling of resentment against the continued retention of the Japanese troops in Siberia. The necessity of military assistance, which was the sole Teason for their dispatch, has ceased to exist, and Japan is pledged to non-interference in Russia's internal alTairs.
