MOpMENT, A COLLAPSE FEARED, KQI/TCHAK BADLY BEATEN. By Telegraph.—Pnss Asm—Copyright Received August 13, 12.30 w New York, August 12. The position of the forces under Co®' tn&nder Koltchak is so precarious that official American circles fear the utter ooltopße of the anti-Bolshevik movement.
Reliable information received by the Government indicates that Koltchak ,is being badly beaten, having been comgradually retire 800 miles east of the position he held last spring. Koltchak's forces are estimated to total 100,000 ill-equipped men, and he is opposed with a force of half a million well-equipped Bolsheviks. Aiis.-N.Z. Cable Assn. KOLTCHAK'S SET-BACK.
