Mr. Rose, Labor M.P. for Aberdeen North, has quitted the party until Mr. Neil McLean, who was censured by the party for refusing to stand during the singing of the Natiosal Anthem in the House, resigns his post as whip to the party; THE WAR GRANTS. Received Aug. 7, 8.00 p.m. London, Aug. 6. The Labor Party decided to move to feduce the war grants to £200,000.
