Tho Supreme Council tuts given Ronmania the whole of the Dobrudja, accepting her voluntary rectification of its oouthern frontier. BULGARIA'S MODEST DEMANDS Received August 3, 8.5 p.m. Ifaris, July 31. The Bulgarian Delegation's Mote to the Peace Conference demands that Bulgaria shall obtain Macedonia and the Dobrudja. It is semi-officially stated that the Supreme Council will allow Bulgaria a commercial outlet to the Aegean Sea, which means a special railway across future Hellcniq, territory.—Aui.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
