On an application on behalf of Mrs, Atherton's child by her first marriage, the court granted letters of administration to her sister, Mrs. Stacpool. Counsel said that no will had been uiaue since Mrs. Atherton married Captain Eliot. AUSTRALIAN WOOL IN FAVOR. New York, July 25. Owing to the scarcity of fine American wool on the market, Boston wool men urge the importation of 60,000 bales of fine Australian for sale by auction.
