TIMARU SESSIONS. By Telegraph,*-Pres9 Association. ; .' '/rimani,';Last-Night.. ' The Supreme Court case against E. F. Knight, charged with perjury at the fire inquiry at Waimate, was;completed. A verdict of not guilty was returned. The ■rest of the day was spent on the divorce case, Crawford Strang c. Lillian. Strang and W. H. Hunt, plumber, alleged misconduct, and a claim of '£looo against co-respondent. Strang left with the Main Body as a private and returned as a lieutenant in March lask His wife's conduct in his absence was tb.e ground for the present suit. The .case is unfinished.
