MINERS' ACTION DISGUSTS PUBLIC. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrlcht. London, July 28. The public are disgusted that the Yorkshire strike ia still unsettled, because the Yorkshire Miners' Association was not represented in .London and so claim that the negotiations must begin afresh.
