INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION PROVISIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assa.—Copyright. London,-July 22. The final text of the International Air Convention has been issued. It establi>:)n;s a commission under the League of Nations, comprising two representatives each from America, France, Jitpftti, and Italy, one for Britain, anil one for each Dominion anil for India, and one for each member of the league. The first meeting will be held in Paris. The expenses of the commission will be shared in proportion of the voting strength. The convention, concedes each State the fullest sovereignty over its own air spaces, but grants freedom of passage subject to international rules.—Axis. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
