MOROCCO.

DECISIVE FIGHT IMPENDING. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, July 20. According to g Tangier telegram incoming troops say that the losses in the fight on July 15 were underestimated. Raisuli's tribesmen took no prisoner's, but killed many hundreds, of whom a large proportion were*brutally massacred, and their corpses left unburied among the rocks and brushwood attracted packs of wild dogs. Care for the wounded was pitiably inadequate, many lying at an outpost for a week without attention. A severe and decisive fight is impending. Both sides have been reinforced, and, if the Spanish troops are properly equipped and skilfully handled, victory will be assured, because the tribesmen are not provided with artillery.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
