Taylor.—Approved. Section 100, block X, Ngaire, 200 acres, John Routley to W. C. Hodgson.—Refused. Section 14, block 11, up Waitara, 104 acres, C. Musker to R. Saywell.—Approved. Section 12, block V, Egmont, 295 acres, William Wat,t to D. S. Coulter.—Approved. Sections 572 and 573, Town of New Plymouth, 2 roods, E. Lash to W- Christolfel.—Approved. Section 25, Tanirutangl District, A. It. Collins to E. J. T. Marsh.—Deferred. The lessee of sections 554 and 680, Town of Now Plymouth, applied to have reconsidered the assessment of rentals of his holding upon sub-division.—Re-solved to adhere to previous decision. Tlje lessee of section 0, block IV, Heaij, applied for a further extension of time to reside.—Six mouths' extension grafted. Mr. T. Sheehy forwarded report and valuations on sections in block I, Rangi 6.D., and section 7, block VII, Tangitu.— Resolved to offer for soldier settlement. One mortgage was considered and ,the matter deferred. Two applications for postponement of collection of rent, one application for remission, oight .applications by discharged soldiers for financial assistance to purchase farms and houses, two applications for advances to build houses, and three applications for advances for stock and improvements were considered by the board, and recommendations made in accordance with the circumstances In each case.
