SOLDIERS' BITTER COMPLAINTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. The returned, New Zealanders by the Prinzessin complain bitterly of the lack of consideration shown by the New Zealand Government officials in Sydney, and of tho fact that cargo steamers were not used in efforts at repatriation. Many say they contemplate bringing action against the Government for alleged damages. Others will petition Parliament.

The Public, Health Department notified that cases of acute distress would be relieved.
