BACK TO NORMAL IN GISBORNE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. The position in respect to the Gisbornc section of railways has been greatly improved by the arrival of two hundred tons of Westport coal, which, with the coal in stock, is expected to last from two to three months. Owing to this improvement in the coal situation, all the train restrictions were Temoved as from to-day, and the ordinary service, both in resp'Sct to passengers and goods, has been resumed.
