At the inques,t on Katherine Green, who was killed by a motor car after alighted from a tram, the coroner found that deceased di£d from injuries received from being knocked down by a motor car driven by Walter Dell, and added ttffit there was no doubt that, from yt>me cause or another, there was some negligence on the part of tho driver. The coroner also said that the phvsical ■condition of the driver, who had his hand manned in the war, went to show that he was really incompetent to exercise his energies when a sudden emerfgeuey arose.
