Subject to necessary alterations, malls will close nt ihe chief post office, New Plymouth, as under: For Auckland, Thames, Rotorua and Walkato districts, per Rarawa: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at 6 p.m. For Wanganui, Wellington and Napier districts and South Island, per train, daily at 6.15 a.m.; also, for letters only, daily, per motor car, at C.15 a.m. For Waitara, Hawera and intermediate offices, per train, daily, at 6.15 a.m., and Wednesdays and Saturdays, at 1.30 p.m. For Glaborne, per Rarawa, Thursdays, at 6.45 p.m.; other days, per train, at 6.15 a.m. For Opunake and intermediate offices, per motor car, at 6.15 a.m. THURSDAY, JULY 17 (for letters only). For Australia, South Africa, Egypt, Expeditionary Forces (Egypt), Ceylon, India, China, Japan and Straits Settlements (per s.s. Manuka, from Wellington), at 0.15 a.m.
