GERMAN LEADERS
"WANTED" BY THE ALLIES. FOR PUBLIC TRIAL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 15, 2.20 p.m. Copenhagen, July 14. The Allies will request Germany to ask Holland and other neutrals to surrender the Kaiser and 166 other refugees. The persons wanted include Generals Hindenburg, Ltulendorff, Falkenhayn, Von Einem, Von Kluck, Mackensen, Von Beseler (ex-German Governor of Belgium), Von Sanders, and Falkenhausen, Admirals Von Tirpitz, Von Capelle, Hipper, and Scheer, Captain Bohma (who was .the Moewe's captain), Herr Beth-mann-Hollweg Horr Zimraermann (ex-Colonial Secretary), and Dr. Hefferich (ex-Chancellor). Vienna, July 14. The Allies will demand Count Berehtold's and Count Czemin's extradition Aub.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
