BOYAL APPRECIATION OF, BOY SCOUTS. By Telegraph.—Press Aam.— Conyrlglrt. Wellington, July 14. His Excellency the Uovernor-Ueneral has received the following telegraphic, 'message from Lieut.-General Robert Baden-Powell:-The Boy Scouts Bend their brother Scouts throughout the Empire their heartiest congratulations on' the accomplishment of peace. His Majesty the King sends a mensage stating how much he appreciates what the Scouts have done during the war, and that by their discipline and high sense of duty he feels thy have won a name worthily to be upheld by their younger brothers.
