EVERYBODY'S, "MILESTONES" TO-NIGHT. To call "Milestones" a screen masterpiece is no exaggeration. The picture is screened from the play by Arnold Bennett, and is carried out with such fidelity to types and periods that it is worthy of a place among the records of the periods. Three generations are covered, and through the three the love stories of the principals; are woven. The story is symbolical of the progress of the times, and shows ,that nothing can stay progress, even in the face of liigoted and obstinate opposition. Contrast is drawn between the man who desires improvement and the man who is satisfied to crawl along the ru,t excavated for him by his forefathers. Particular interest is provided in the appearance of the earliest type 3 of motor cars, bicycles, telephones, typewriters, and the fashions of ,the different periods will be recognised as perfect reproductions by all whose memory carries them back to 1860 and thereafter. "A DOLL'S HOUSSi" Charming arid beautiful Elsie Ferguson appears finally to-night in her fine Artcraft offering "A Doll's House," which delighted large audiences on Saturday. Miss Ferguson is ably supported by a strong east, including H. E. Herbert, Alex. Shannon, and Warren Cook. The programme includes the latest gazette, Bray Pietograph, and "The Eagle's Eye." Enid" Bennett appears on to-morrow's hew bill in her fine production "The Vamp"; also on to-morrow's bill are Mack Sennet,t comedy, "Railroad Raiders," and Burton Hplmes Travelog,
