LONDON MARKETS. The New Zealand loan .and Mercantile Afeney Company Limited has received the following cablegram .from its London house, under date July 2, 19rt: Tallow.—Flue mutton, £5 3s per cwt! good beef, £4 19s; mixed, £4 8s 6d. Market itMßtTHE HONEY INDUSTRY. The Director of the Horticultural Division of the Department of Agriculture has received from the apiary Instructors the following report concerning the honey crop prospects: Auckland—There Is little further to report since last month. The weather has been oold and showery, but seasonable. Prices remain unchanged. Beeswax Is In demand at from 2s to 2s 3d per lb. Bulk honey Is asked for at from 7d to 9d wholesale. Wellington—The export of last season's crop Is proceeding rapidly, nnd the grading stores of the Dominion present a busy appearance. The quality of the crop Is all that could be desired, and the quantity Is likely to eteeed other years Sellers on the local market (note 9d per lb in small bulk. Comb honey unprf' curable. Beeswax, 2s 3d. Chrlstchurch and Dunedln.—There Is little fresh to report. Export lines still continue to come forward. Prices are firm. Pat hone; Is In strong demand, beeswax Is scarce.
