Melbourne, July 3, Power restrictions prohibit the use of gas and electricity between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and 1030 p.m. and 5 a.m. There will Bo no tram services on Sundays, and no trams after 7 p.m. on week days. The train services will also be curtailed. After interviewing a deputation of those unemployed as the result of the seamen's strike, Mr Lawson made £100(i available for relief. Ho stated that Mr Watt had granted a Rimilar amount. Sydney, July 3. Owing to the shortage of supplies the Gas Company have appealed to consumers to economise in order to avoid ths imposition of restrictions.
