The New York World's 'Weimar correspondent says that Admiral von Scheer, former commander of the German high seaa fleet, interviewed, said the revolt of the German sailors last November upset the naval plan to attack the English coast to tiie Thames with the high Beas fleet, employing submarines for flank protection. It was hoped to draw the British fleet from Scotland into the submarine trap. Had the British fleet attacked in the first week of the war Germany would have been beaten.— Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
