Cable Assn. Berlin, June 28. General von Lettow-Vorbeck lias arrived at the quarters in Friedrichrech. Some of his troops have arived outside Hamburg. He instructed them not to negotiate except on the basis of unconditional submission and the surrender of all arms.—Reuter. Copenhagen, July 2. The strike movement in Berlin is growing and a general strike is threat* encd'. The Government fears a revolution and troops are patrplling < th« streets and occupying public buildings. It has also placed artillery and machine-guns in position. Industry ia dislocated and food trains are detained outside Berlin.
