QUARTERLY RETURNS. The total revenue colleoted through the New Plymouth customs office during the quarter ended on Monday ivas more than £4OOO greater than that for any previous Quarter lu the history of the port. The previous record'was established In the first quartet of the present year, when the total was £10,360 4s Sd. The net customs duty and the beer duty collected during the month and the quarter Just ended showed considerable Increases over those lor the corresponding periods of last year. .Detailed returns are supplied by the collector (Mr. B.
