RIGA RECAPTURED. GERMANS OUT QHF. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 1, 11.5 p.m. London, June 30. The Daily Telegraph's Copenhagen correspondent reports that Lettish troops under General Ballod captured Riga and occupied the bridge over the Dwina, thus cutting off the German Baltic militia's retreat. A report from the Bolsheviks states that they have evacuated Ekaterinaslav, and are retreating southward of Taaritsyn under pressure by General Deniken's forces—Aus. N.Z. Cable Aseociation.
