LOCAL ENGINEER'S DEVICE. Some time ago Mr. R. S. WooldrSdge, motor mechanic and electrical engineer, New Plymouth, transformed a motor ' lorry for the Stratford Comity Council into a dump truck, all the work in connection with the tronsfornuttitt and the mechanical fittings being manufactured ■ and installed in his own workshop . The •'. work was carried out with complete ' satisfaction to Mr. Wooldridge'a cunts. .'. and since then he has had numerous enquiries in regard to his device, which he V has taken the precaution to .protect, Ha r ' is at present engaged on a truck,' to Wit ' order pf Messrs. Murphy Bros., ofVel. ' lington, to which ho has attached Ma ' device for tipping the truck, with some additional improvements. Ift. wooldridw'a device can be adapted to any make of truck with perfect eate. A demonstration with the wagon vat piven to the Press representatives yesterdav afternoon.
