LOCAL ENGINEER'S DEVICE. Some time ago Mr. R. S. WooldrSdge, motor mechanic and electrical engineer, New Plymouth, transformed a motor ' lorry for the Stratford Comity Council into a dump truck, all the work in connection with the tronsfornuttitt and the mechanical fittings being manufactured ■ and installed in his own workshop .
