CONGRATULATIONS FROM KING GEORGE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, June 24. The following cable message from Buckingham Palace has been received by General Booth in connection with the Salvation Army's jubilee celebrations: "To General Booth, on the occasion, of the jubilee of the Salvation Army.—l heartily congratulate you and its members on the mighty achievements of the system founded half a century ago by your distinguished father. By its work of love and mercy in peace and war ,the Salvation Army has become honored and endeared to all the nations of the world. —(Signed) George and I."
