DAIRY FACTORY MANAGERS.

ELEVENTH ANNUAL MEETING. (Prom Our Special Beportor.) The eleventh annual meeting of the New Zealand Dairy Factory Managers' Association was held at Palmerston North on Wednesday, Mr. C. J. Parlane (Frankton Junction) presiding over a large and representative attendance. ■ It was resolved, on the motion of Mr. T. W. Downes (Northern Wairoa): That the association be voluntarily wound up in accordance with the Incorporated Societies .Act, 1918, and that all books, property, and assets be handed to Mr. A. M. Sterling, as agent for the promoters of a body to be named the New Zealand Dairy Factory Managers' Association, in order to allow the association to be reorganised. The effect of this is that the business will in future be conducted by provincial councils answerable to the Dominion executive.

Amended rules were approved after slight alterations had been made. Officers were elected as follows: Dominion president, Mr. C. J. Parlane; Dominion secretary-treasurer, Mr. A. M. Sterling (Pukekohe); auditor, Mr. W. B. Bendall (Palmerston North); provincial presidents: Auckland, Mr. C. J. Parlane; Manawatu, Mr. J. G. Ward (Rata); Bush district, Mr. D. Kelly (Ivonini); Hawke's Bay,- Mr. A. E. P. Fletcher (Dannevirke); Taranaki, Mr. E. H. Beeve (Mangatoki); Wairarapa; Mr. McKeown (Featherston); South Island, J. Middleton (Canterbury Central). The next annual meeting will be held at Hamilton during the winter show in June, 1920,
