SUPREME COURT.
NELSON SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night. The Supreme Court sessions opened today before Mr. Justice Hosking. The Grand Jury returned true bills against Emma Caroline Fletcher, indicted for the murder of Friede Ruby Sandel, and illegally using an instrument on the same person. The Grand Jury added a presentment in this case expressing the view that the criminal law should he t amended as to do away with the present immunity from arrest and indictment of the male offender whose action is the primary cause of the trouble.
