EVERYBODY'S. ALICE BRADY LN "THE BETTER HALF." Popular' Alice Brady will star at Everybody's to-night and to-morrow night in the latest Select super-feature, "The Better Taif" The winsome Alice has been a great favorite in all her previous pictures, but she is credited wi't making the success, of her career in this powerful dramatic story of society life. The supporting cast includes David Powell who will be remembered for his fine acting in "Gloria's Romance" and other successful pictures. THE PEOPLE'S. DOUGLAS FAIRBANKS. A great reception was accorded "Mr. Fixit" on Saturday. "Mr. Firft" is Douglas Fairbanks' latest Arteraft picture, and also presents the wonderful Arteraft Kids. "Mr. Fixit"-proved him-, self an expert fixer of things, but he finally as compelled to. turn oyer the fix' ing apparatus to a six-year-old to bring things out just right in the end. This is where one of the clever Arteraft Ki Idies takes hold of the reins and fixes iip his big sister and Mr. Fixit himself, which brings about' one of the prettiest endings Been in a motion picture for a long time. The programme includes the I:> (.est Gazette, Burton Holmes, and "The ■ Eagle|* Eye" To-morrow's new bill will present Pauline Fredericks in "Fedora,- 1 the great French play which has been made immortal on the stage by Sarah Bernhardt. "Fedora" is a powerful play, I running the whole gamut of the passions.
