ERECTION OF WORKERS' DWELLINGS.
WIDENING OF THE LIMIT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night The Superintendent of Workers' Dwellings announced to-day that authority had been received for the erection of 200 workers' dwellings and also for the receipt of applications from workers earning salaries up to £225 per annum. Agents will report upon applicants who come forward, and the Workers' Dwellings Board in Wellington will deal with each application, approving or rejecting it. In each case close inquiry Will be made to ensure that the applicant i 3 of good character and is "likely to carry out his financial and other obligations to the board, which will allocate the 200 dwellings to different towns, according to demand.
